At Engwe Official, we want you to ride with confidence, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unused electric bikes in their original packaging. Please ensure your return is initiated through our official support channel to receive a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product condition.

  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and a unique RMA number to include with your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the e-bike in its original box with all chargers, keys, and manuals included to avoid restocking fees.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned item for damages, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
